Nutrition: What nutrition is available on race day?
A variety of refreshments and supplies will be available along the route for the exclusive use of participants:
- Light (drinks, sweet foods),
- Consistent (drinks, sweet foods, salty foods)
- Very consistent (drinks, sweet foods, salty foods, starches)
For sustainability reasons, no cups will be provided with the supplies. Race organisers will only supply drinks into the vessels, drums or liquid bags of athletes. Athletes should ensure that they take on sufficient quantities of food and drink to get them through to the next refreshment post.

ONLINE REGISTRATION
How do I sign up?
To register for the race, please visit the following link .
What are the prerequisites for entering each of the races?
- There are no ITRA points or resume requirements to sign up.
- Be aware of your physical condition and limitations.
- Become familiar with the mountain terrain and gain experience.
- For the 125km and 55km races only, a medical certificate needs to be presented. You can find details on how to send it to us in your confirmation email. You must indicate “no contraindication to the practice of running in competition” for the race for which you have registered, you can also download a model from our website, finally you must upload it to your Active profile ( https://myevents.active.com ).
- Athletes must be over the age of 18. Minors can participate in the Family Trail, participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do I need to take out some kind of insurance in order to compete?
Participants must hold a Federal License from the Andorran Mountaineering Federation or license recognized by it, if a participant is not a license holder, the athlete must take out individual liability and accident insurance from the organization. This can be purchased through your Active profile ( https://myevents.active.com ).
I have not received my confirmation email. Where can I find this?
- Log in to https://myevents.active.com
- Scroll through the list of registered events.
- Choose “View my record”.
How do I submit the necessary documentation to formalize my registration?
- For the 125k and 55k race you must upload a medical certificate indicate “no contraindication to the practice of running in competition” for the race you have registered, you can also download a model from our website. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE

How can I check the status of my registration (pending documentation)?
On our website we regularly update a startlist with all participants enrolled in each of the races. Next to each of the names will appear a box indicating if there is any documentation pending to be delivered. If everything is ready, the word CONFIRMED will appear.
Is there a waiting list once the entries are sold out?
No, we don’t have a waiting list.
I want to make a change to my personal data (address, email), how can I do it?
- Log in to https://myevents.active.com
- Scroll through the list of registered events.
- Choose “Edit Registration Information”
- Make the changes you want about your personal data, etc.
- Save the changes.
In case you need to modify the email address, send an email to the [email protected] we will do it for you.
Minimum age- Is there a minimum age to participate in each of the races?
Family 7.5K Andorra-Pyrenees registration is open to everyone. Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Trail 25K Andorra-Pyrenees people born in 2001 or earlier.
Trail 55K Andorra-Pyrenees people born in 2001 or earlier.
Ultra 125K Andorra-Pyrenees people born in 2001 or earlier.
What are the categories in each of the races?
- U12: Alevín who are 11 and 12 years old in the current year. Family Trail 7’5km
- U14: Children who are 13 and 14 years old in the current year. Family Trail 7’5km
- U16: Cadet who are 15 and 16 years old in the current year. Family Trail 7’5km
- U18: Youth who are 17, Family Trail 7.5km and 18 years old in the current year
- O19: ABSOLUTE from 19 years of age in the current year. Trail 25km / Trail 55km / Ultra 125 km
- U20: Junior who are 19 and 20 years old in the current year. Trail 25km / Trail 55km / Ultra 125 km.
- O40: Veteran who are 40 to 49 years old in the current year. Trail 25km / Trail 55 km / Ultra 125 km.
- O50 Master who are between 50 and 59 years old in the current year. Trail 25km /Trail 55 km / Ultra 125 km.
- Master: from 60 years of age in the current year. Trail 25km / Trail 55 km / Ultra125 km.
CHECK-IN OF ATHLETES
What is the registration procedure to follow during race week?
Bib numbers need to be collected in person and athletes are required to present a photo ID. Bib numbers cannot be collected by someone else on your behalf. You will also need to carry the QR code confirming your registration.
Where and when will check-in/registration take place?
The registration tent will be open at the Parc Central in Andorra La Vella from Thursday to Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00.
What do I need to bring for the registration process?
Identification document
If you are a federation member, bring a supporting document with insurance.
Can someone register for me?
No, you must register in person and present photo ID.
Once I have registered, can I change my registration to another race in the Trail 100 Andorra-Pyrenees?
If for any reason you want to change to any of the other races in the Trail 100 Andorra-Pyrenees in 2021 you can do so as long as you meet the requirements to compete in that race and there are places available. There are established deadlines for making changes. To complete your transfer to another distance, follow these steps:
- STEP 1: By no later than 45 days before the day of the race*, log in to your account at www.active.com.
- STEP2: In the “My Events” tab you will see your registration. Please click on the option ‘Change category’. You can only transfer to categories with available entries. The change fee is the difference in cost between the current fee for the desired distance and the fee that was paid at the time of the original registration. If an athlete is transferring from a higher priced race to a lower priced race, the athlete will not receive a refund for the difference.
- STEP 3: You will receive an email from Active.com with your new confirmation email.
* After 45 days before the race day, changes can only be made in the registration tent during the check-in process. You can only transfer to categories with available entries.
Once I have registered, what options do I have if I cannot participate in the race?
If you cannot compete you can withdraw up until 45 days before the day of the race. In this case you will receive a 25% refund. To complete your withdrawal , please follow these steps:
- STEP 1: By no later than 45 days before the day of the race, fill in the form that you can find at the following link.
- STEP 2: After submitting the waiver form, you will receive a confirmation email from Active.com confirming that we have received your application. If you do not received this, please contact [email protected] or fill in the form again (also check your spam folder).
- STEP 3: We will process your application within 5 working days. Refunds will be transferred to the credit card used during registration unless it is explicitly stated in the withdrawal request that you want a bank transfer. When transferring to a bank account, the account holder and the athlete being withdrawn must be the same person. If we refund to a bank account, the transfer can take up to 6 weeks.
- STEP 4: You will receive a confirmation email from Active.com once your withdrawal has been completed.
What do I do if I don’t arrive on time to check in during the hours marked by the organization?
You must carry out your travel plan according to the schedules marked on our website, taking into account the opening hours of registration.
EQUIPMENT
What equipment do I have to bring with me during the race?
We recommend you click the following link to consult the race rules, the mandatory or advisable equipment for each of the distances. Mandatory equipment is marked with an “O”, while advisable equipment is marked with an “A”.
Depending on weather conditions, the race organizers will announce if any mandatory equipment can become optional during the pre-race briefing.
Where and how is the equipment check performed?
You will need to present your mandatory equipment in order to obtain your bib number. However, keep in mind that the race organizers may ask you to check the equipment at any time.
Is there a chance of having a special needs bag?
Only for the Ultra 125km. The two points of special needs bag are km 42 and km 71.5. In these bags, canes are not accepted. There is no verification of the contents of the bags at the time of deposit, therefore the race organizers are not responsible for any loss. We recommend that you do not place valuable objects in the special needs bags. After the event, you will not be able to claim an unused bag. The contents will be saved for one week and will not be sent after the event is over.
DURING THE RACE
How many supplies will there be and how often?
Refer to the “course” section of each of the races to check the points.
Do I have to wear my bib number during the race?
Yes, it is mandatory.
What should I do in case of withdrawal during the race?
Except in case of injury, it is only possible to leave the race at a checkpoint or supply point. If this point is not accessible by vehicle, the athlete must access the nearest evacuation point by their own means. It is forbidden to leave the route without having informed the race organizers and, therefore, without being duly authorized to do so. It is mandatory to sign if it is a timing checkpoint. Control makers can hold runners at supply or life bases until they deem it convenient to evacuate them.
Can I receive external assistance during the race (coach, family, etc)?
No, you are not allowed to receive outside help during the race.
EVENTS DURING RACE WEEK
Do you offer other events?
If your family accompanies you to this great challenge please note that in the 7.5km race people under 18 years old can run, while children under 14 years of age must register and always be accompanied by an adult.
In addition to this the Andorra Multisport Festival also has several events during the two weeks. Come to Central Park of Andorra to enjoy the best sports atmosphere.
Do you offer a Welcome Party?
Yes, for the participants in the 55km trail and for the Ultra trail of 125km, Thursday 24 June 19:00 – 21:00. It will be held at the Andorra Congrés Centre d’Ordino (ACCO).
Can someone else pick up my unused special needs bag after the race?
After the event, you will not be able to claim a bag that the athlete has not gone to get back.
The contents of the bag will be saved for one week and will not be sent after the event is over.
Will I receive an official finisher certificate?
Once the race is over you can download the certificate from the results section of our website. To do this, search for your bib number, click and select “get certificate”.
